Apply for Membership

This is the form that will enable your business to apply to become a member of QAA.
It will take approx 10 minutes to complete.

Once we receive your application QAA staff will:

  1. Review and process your application
  2. Telephone or email you with any queries
  3. Send you confirmation of application
  4. Post your Membership Pack and Certification (if accepted) normally within 2-3 weeks of application.

The joining fees should be paid by cheque on application.
The annual fees will be invoiced by QAA to the member if your application is successful. Fees will be due on acceptance and can be paid annually on a bankers order.

  3. Written Guarantee Provided to Customers (if relevant)

QAA will write to you requesting copies of these. You will be able to post these to QAA offices or scan and email to info@theqaa.co.uk



*This form can only be authorized by an officer of the business such as either a: Sole Trader, Partner or Director.

The vetting and acceptance process normally takes between 2-3 weeks from submission of this form.

QAA staff will send you confirmation of receipt of this Registration Form within 48 hours
